And where do I fit that on an escort ?
It's a big metal device that shrouds the steering wheel, YTC.
There also stupid crappy little padlock things that fir on the discs of bikes
Which a pair of bolt croppers that fit up your sleeve can remove.
Or you forget it's on the bike and ride off. I've seen that a few times
