I have yellow anti freeze in the car, but bought blue, can I top up with the blue. Thanks.

Probably not. You'll need to go to a dealers and ask them what you can top it up with.
My car had red in it, I went to the dealers, they checked it all out on the computer, after a while realised they could give me the purple stuff they had, and after that had been in the engine a while it turned red. Confused yet?
