I need to locate an engine mount for a Celica GT4 ST185. It is the rear mount that actually attaches to the transmission and the chassis, rather than the engine itself, but it is one of the 2 north/south engine/trans mountings.
Was hoping to get a set of TRD ones from Fensport as they listed them as instock, but can't find them in stores.
A standard toyota one would do, but are more expensive than the TRD ones, and Toyota can take upto 6 weeks to get in parts for the older models (especially when the parts are limited to one vehicle).
A Pattern part would do the job, as the MOT is coming up, and due to a long term cam cover oil leak, I think the mount has rotted (can't see it without dropping a cross member) because I can feel the prop bnging back and forwards on accel/deceleration.
Any advice greatly accepted.
