Pretty certain they're not adjustable.
The wheel bearings are non adjustable. A small amount of play in wheel bearings is common, and nothing to worry about, but if the play is excessive they'll need replacing. Unless you have the right tools, hub puller, press, and a good torque wrench etc, it's a garage job. I suggest you get the wheels and brakes checked by an engineer. It might be nothing to worry about. Mike.
Try looking at the disc backplate. This can sometimes get knocked and bent towards the disc. This happened on mine, the lower front just under the caliper. John
