Anyone used the breathable type car covers when laying up an old car? What sort of problems can you get?

According to what I've been told by people who actually have them, your car will stay dry and not go musty inside. Still end up with the rusty brake disc syndrome though.
Yeah, that's the sort of thing. Not much I can do about the brakes, but they have survived fairly well in the open for the past 6 years with the occassional drive up the road.
