T'other day I saw a Montego TDCI. Seriously. Well, it had had a TDCI badge stuck on it anyway.

The message from RichardK contains these words:
This one's so-so. It'll do for a year or two, but would start to need welding after that.
Hmmm, I'll ask anyway, she does love Montegos.
Nice to see that sig reference, too ;)

I always lusted after an Enterprise :-}
Hang on, it isn`t listed on your page !
Wasn`t it also known at one point as the Elan ?
It was originally launched as the Elan, but the names changed after threats of legal action from Elan Software and Samurai (Hitachi, IIRC, but I'm vague on that one). I don't have the Enterprise 128 anymore, I should remove it from my sig - it had the rare disk interface and all, but last month something failed so I sold it on eBay - someone in Greece got it, presumably to get the interface and case/keyboard I guess.
They're hard to find, but not impossible - and there is a very good emulator out there that offers the hacks that the Hungarian owners created like 640K RAM and more.
