I have been clearing out some stuff and have two complete headlights/sidelights for an old Carlton .Mk 2 IIRC. I did try before punting them on Ebay without success. I'm really reluctant to skip them as I'm sure there is someone somewhere who could use them ...for free..

I had a set of 4 alloy wheels, they looked identical (apart from the name) but 2 were Honda fitment, the other pair were another (can't remember offhand, but not Ford) fitment. I made a big issue of this, pointing out they'd be no good to anyone unless they were driving an amateur-built cut-and-shut etc. I had a lot of replies, I answered making sure they understood that they would not all fir on the same car, but someone claimed 'em.
A Fiesta full of chavs came to pick them up, chav no1 said "these'll fit on a Fiesta won't they ?", I replied "oh aye".
I've not bothered with freecycle since......
Are they the same as those for a Lotus Carlton? If so, then relisting them on eBay as Lotus Carlton headlights could be worth trying.
Having said that, I binned a pair from our old Carlton a few months back after they'd sat in the garage for a four years.
