My daughter lives some distance away and wants me to check her engine oil when she comes over with her newish car.
I would like to have some oil in stock in case it needs it (she does a high mileage). She can't find an obvious recommendation in the books.
Any authoritative suggestions?
5-40 or 10 -40 to spec CF/B3-96
Castrol Edge Sport okay then?
Assuming it's not 10-60, & you've already got it.
If it is the 5 - 40 turbo diesel edge then it should be fine. though in all honesty a small top up of virtually any decent oil wouldn't hurt
I need to buy some oil as I don't have any. (My Honda doesn't use any it seems)
