Hello -
I've just had my Fiesta serviced at a Ford dealer that I haven't used before. They replaced the lower suspension arm on the driiver's side, and I suspect they didn't check the tracking afterwards, because:
1) When the car is going in a straight line, the steering wheel is now tilted about 10 degrees to the left. 2) When I let go of the steering wheel, the car now *gradually* turns left.Presumably this is not acceptable and the dealer needs to put it right free-of-charge. I've already decided that this dealer is incompetent and unreasonably expensive. Any tips on how to approach them and avoid being fobbed off?
Thanks
