how do you get the window winding handle of the door panel ? want to change the door spekers but not sure how they come off.if anyone can help please.

Same way as they have come off for about 50 years!
get a length of cotton rag, not too wide, but about a foot long. Press the door panel away from the winder, slide the rag in the gap and pull it end to end, the cotton will cag on the hairclip and remove it. Mind it doesn't fly off never to be seen again..
