Don't worry. If others follow the low traffic measures, your car street car parking space will be replaced by a cycle lane. So no need to have a car of any sort.

Bradwell B is proposed to be a Chinese design, HPC and SC have minority Chinese funding. There's also the Moorside Energy Hub.
