BP, isn't that the company that claimed it had rather more oil reserves than could be demonstrated?
Exactly what relevance does that have in this discussion?
Perhaps the capability of a company to tell the truth to it's stockholders/ potential stockholders or employees - assuming it was they who over-estimated their reserves.

Nope, that was Shell.
As they fill a tanker they ad the additive. at the same time that is.
