Hi, Tried to remove the stat yesterday but couldn't remove the coolant transfer pipe from the stat housing. The oil dipstick is covering the pipe retaining bracket.It's preventing the pipe from moving away from the engine block. We've tried to rotate the transfer pipe so it's retaining bracket clears the dipstick but it won't budge. Any ideas on how to remove the transfer pipe please? Cheers.
