Cars "over here" on NI plates are still registered with Swansea, but the plates originate from NI - they're transferable between registration authorities.


I wouldn't say "LBZ" was a particularly "interesting" combination, unless you're using it in the same way as you'd describe a plate of liver and custard as "interesting"...
