Im looking for a second hand/re-conditions engine for a ford escort 1.6 ztech engine anyone any ideas the best place to get one?

Depends where you are. I used Malley's in Leeds a fair bit when I had an Orion. One of the parts finder websites is probably worth a try - a quick google brings up find-a-part.co.uk, breakersweb.co.uk and various others. Sounds obvious, but do specifically check that the engine is a runner as this isn't always the case!

Put out a request on the Breakerlink.com and Findanengine.co.uk websites; you'll get plenty of choice from that. B&H Autokraft in Doncaster aren't too far from you; I know Trevor. Not cheap but you'll get a good job done.
