Removing Diesel injector form 105 (TUD5)

Hello all

Don't laught because i'm sure this is a daft question.

I'm removing the injectors on a 106 and I can't get the fuel return pipes off. the supply pipework came off a doddle but not the rubber return ones.

Now before I start having a really hard go at getting them off, how are they connected? I'm assuming just push on but they are difficult to get off.

Any advise people?

push fit, just pull on them they should pull off or small screw driver to prise off,.

They're pushed on but they stick. Bend a small screwdriver & push it under the end to break the seal.
