renault 19 help

The car is a renault 19 rt 1.9 turbo diesel(1994)

On starting the car after its been left over night, there will be a cloud of white smoke coming from the exhaust. It doesn't happen when warm, but it might give out a little puff if i'm accellerating fast and change gears. Any idea's what it could be?

Also, does any1 know what tool i'd use to remove the sump-nut if i wanted to do an oil change? It's not a normal bolt to undo.

cheers for any help!

White smoke from a diesel can either be coolant, or the injection timing out. As long as the car is running fine, and not using water don't worry about it.

As for the sump plug, it's a square drive you need, but i'm not sure what size it is. Any auto tool supplier (including halfords) should have a suitable socket.
