Hi, Anyone know what would be required to change a Renault 19 1.4 petrol to a diesel engine? What would have to be changed and is it worth it? The body work on the car is excellent, just the engine started getting tired at 160k.

Whats wrong with the engine and no there is no point it would cost too much. The energy engines in thema re pretty easy to work on and most things can be done without lifting the engine out as there is so much space in there :)
You'll get a Renault 19 diesel for much less money as an outright purchase
