The drive seat on my car has play but cant see were to tighten it

The flashing airbag light often relates to a bad / broken connection to the seatbelt pre-tensioners, have a look for wires under both front seats and see if they have become disconnected or otherwise damaged. You may also be able to see the bolts you need to tighten whilst under there. :)
