I've recently had the head gasket replaced on my Rover Coupe, the full replacement kit was used along with new steel bolts and head skim.
I was wondering if the inlet manifold gasket is part of the full head gasket kit? Or should I be looking to get this replaced for an uprated one?

It is unlikely that the old gasket was reused. Just have a look, you can see the edge of the gasket. Normally the gasket kit would contain the new uprated gasket. You could always ask whoever did the job.
