Sierra trim

Want to replace some of the plastic trim on a Sierra. The bit that runs along side about 10 inches above the sill. Does anyone know how this is held on? Bolts or glued?

I've just tried to pull off a bit from the donor car, but it doesn't want to come and suspect there are bolts on the inside. I can scratch the donor car doors to hell with a flat blade I'm trying to prise off the trim with, but how can I get off the old trim from the good car? I cannot damage the doors on that.

Any ideas folks?

Normally they seem to be clipped on and will come off with a good yank. If I need to pry, I put a flat screwdriver down the back of the trim, and lever it against an adjustable spanner / block of wood / whatever held against the car bodywork.

I'm of the opinion there's no such thing...
