I partially knocked off the runnber bit on the bottom of the front bumper on my car, Has anyone had any experience re-fitting these ? It's the strip of rubber along the bottom of the bumber , I can't really see how it's held on there, is it glued in place or is there a bracket ? Can they be re- fitted with out taking off the bumper ?

Splitters generally clip on.
These rubber strips have a metal channel moulded into their top edge which is 'simply' a push fit on to the bottom edge of the bumper but they are a pig to fit with the bumper on a panel stand so trying to fit it with the bumper still on the car will be difficult to say the least.
