Squirty glee

As teenage pranks go - it's fairly harmless by some standards.

Is this true?

On this note, I decided to change my nozzles to aim differently across the screen. Instead of each pair of nozzles forming a V, the two inner nozzles cross over:

| \ / | | | | | / \ | \ / \ / .. ..

I hope that diagram makes sense. Now the two outter nozzles provide some coverage, but the extended throw of the inner nozzles seems to cover the screen better.

Is this an acceptable setup? If not, please tell me, if so, is it any use to anyone else?

It's what I've always done. As you say, the longer throw gives the jets a chance to spread out.
