Thank you for hating Proton ;)

+AD4- I think it must be you.
+AD4-
+AD4- It's probably an age related thing - like your inability to meet the
+AD4- minimum driving eyesight requirements, or obtain an erection.
+AD4-
+AD4- Don't worry about it - soon you'll be dead, and none of this will matter.
Case in point, I'm in my 30's.
1/10, still......
I'm trying to keep you on the boil, I think it's just about amusing us all. But the subject material is getting a bit ''samey'' now isn't it? Have you anything else up your sleeve for us or have you already demonstrated your full capability?
Julian.
FFS! - if you *really* think that images of your fat belly wobbling about as you fiddle with your 3" dick is going to 'keep me on the boil' (the mind boggles!) then, Jules, you are labouring under a gross misapprehension ;)
Take a chill pill Darlings,
some people are happy with £4 Jeans from Tesco and some need to pay £100 for jeans made in the same factory but with a small horse, funny name or some other daft logo on them to prove something to themselves
same goes for "daps"
I like the Proton, it's the rest of the world that seems to hate them - including Jeremy Clarkson, who squeezed himself into his jeans before sagely pronouncing that, rather than buy a Savvy, prospective purchasers would do better to spend their money on a medium sized cabbage ;)
But, then, he doesn't like my caravan either - so what does he know about the price of fish?
Hardly. But if it makes you feel like a rebel, keep telling yourself this.
Just out of interest, what is your driving and how are your mileage calculations calculated? How does this compare with the official cycle and how does this all compare with your other vehicle.
I checked last night, and the Savvy returned 243 miles for 20 quid's worth of petrol - mostly rural driving, with some spells at 70mph on the motorway.
Price per litre was .93.9p - so, by my calculations that's over 53mpg. That really surprised me, given that the engine is very revvy (3200rpm @ 60mph)
I haven't checked the official proton figures - but I suspect my particular car is doing quite well against them.
The Captiva (2.0 TDi) returns just over 30mpg - with diesel @ £1.03 (ish) - same type of driving. I start to tow with it at the weekend - I expect less than 25mpg.
Right. Not the most scientific of measurements, as far as these go. Did you fill the tank, as chances are the gauge isn't as accurate as you might think.
Assuming the data is accurate, it's closer to 51 but more to the point, if it's over *one* tank, it's a bit like me saying, once I snogged Cindy Crawford.
That's getting boring, same old..... Any more strings to your bow or are we conclude that's pretty much the full extent of your capability? I'd suggest not looking for work as a stand up comedian or after dinner speaker - as least not until you have the capability to expand your repertoire somewhat.
Julian.
"Julian" gurgled happily, sounding much like they were saying:
When somebody's that fixated on using repetitive juvenile homophobia as the basis for their attempts at insults, it's often a fairly good indication that they're suffering from some serious repression themselves.
Or four years old.
Or both.
That's a pretty obvious _no_ then! Just more of the same old boring stuff regurgitated ad nauseum so no capability to expand upon your material? Plenty of bark, but fsuck all bite - probably sums up your life away from the keyboard I suspect.
(I'll help you with your next reply should I? Here it is: ''You're a puff, you have a small willy, Neutrons are fantastic and if you don't agree then you're thick, you've a fat belly etc etc etc. Is that any help for you?
Julian.
:-)
Hang on Jules - you're forgetting that this a car newsgroup, and not a dating site.
Carry on like that and I might even find myself fancying you ;) - enough with the personal adverts, already!
You also sound a 'teensy' bit pissed off, if I might say so, my lad - sort of, 'curt', or 'terse', as if I was annoying you.
I'd hate to do that.........
Indeed.
Yesterday I was saddened to here of the death of a 97 year old man, his name was Alex Lees. He was captured by the Germans in 1940 and became a POW at Stalag Luft 111 camp. His life was immortalised by the film The Great Escape with Steve McQueen, he was the chap that dumped tons of earth on his vegetable plot right under the noses of the German guards.
He was an undoubted hero who really lived a fantastic life. At the opposite end of the spectrum there's ''characters'' like ''Aggrieved.'' The most he'll manage in life is a few childish insults via the internet, what a shame and what a waste....
Julian.
So we've opened the door and found the cupboard was bare. Absolutely nothing doing but for a bit of abuse and smart alec comment. Have you really exhausted all your notes, material or memory? Come on Neutron lover, we're all waiting for you to bring it on......
Julian.
On the contrary, you're the one receiving the beating, nowt upstairs bar a smart alec comment or two and some abusive words - demonstrated repeatedly. What a sad little man you are. Does your wife and daughter know of this life you lead behind the keyboard? I bet you hide your behaviour from them and I bet you're the sort of chap that resorts to teasing the family cat or dog....
Julian.
