Turbo air inlet on Peugeot 306

The air inlet is incorporated into the front grille, from there the pipe goes down to the air filter somewhere in front of the NSF wheel. After that it goes up to the intercooler and into the turbo.

Why do you want to spray that gunk through your air filter???

Your best bet would be to open up the air filter housing and then spray into the air outlet hole in the box, that goes directly into the turbo without saturating the airfilter and possibly causing problems for the next few days until the filter dries out.

It'll be ok without the filter for the short time that you'll run the engine like that but make sure that nothing is free to get near that airbox when the engine is running or it might get sucked into the turbo, screws, rags etc.
