tyre pressures in the wet

For interest, I currently have 6mm on my left front, 3mm on my right front, and 7mm on each rear. I also have 5.5 on the spare.

The rears are going to the front this week, the 3mm is going under the boot and the spare is going, with the other front, on the rear.

I'm off to scotland next Friday... can you tell?

I managed it in an A6 in January (& yes if you don't rotate the rears on them then they do age & crack). But I think the ice down the middle of the road which the rear touched & the front didn't had more to do with it than the tyres.
