A neighbour has a 240 estate 'a'reg Problem just come out the blue-
1.When you turn the ignition in the first position radio works etc
2.Turn to the 2nd position dash lights come on plus a buzzing can be heard
3,Go to start car dash lights go out and blows fuse,car not started, Any suggestions as where to get looking.
