Hi,
I have a year 2000 volvo s80 2.5d (D5252T engine).
I need to replace the egr, but do not have a manual with this engine in. Does anybody know the location of the egr or have a manual that is in electronic form that they can send me?

What are the DTC's or symptoms you are responding to? How do you know the EGR valve needs replacing ???

When you do find it :) ... try cleaning it with carb cleaner or something stronger before replacing it unless you know its seriously buggered.
