The better half's Golf is popping rear side lights like there is no tomorrow. I started this morning as she'd been running around on one rear side light for a while (which was a bit dim anyway). I found the working light was a 5 watt and they are both supposed to be 10 watt so I replaced them both.
To cut a long story short I now have 3 dud 10 watt bulbs and just one working 10 watt in the car at the moment. I won't hold my breath on how long that holds out!
Any ideas?
For info the new bulbs which have blown have white swirly pattern on one side.
