my Vw polo 99 saloon 1.4 revs at 25,000,it keeps going between 15,000 and 25000 while idle and i heard it should be at 9,000,is this a common problem and do you know how to fix it?
I would appreciate your thoughts

I think at those revs they wouldn't just bounce, they'd reach orbital velocity.

well i suppose they got to get one up one BMW there unit only revs to 20'000 or so!
