Hi there, Can anyone advise me about a problem I've got with my Honda Accord? Whenever I drive in the wet, the back seat, which starts off dry, gets a very wet patch on it (it's nothing to do with the effect of my driving on backseat passengers, before anyone comes up with that one ;O) Any ideas about where the water is coming from, and how it's getting through. All advice gratefully received.

is there a metal access plate under the seat, to get at fuel line for example. cud b missing or lifted.
could be leaking in from the boot and then across and under the seat
Clean fresh rainwater, or dirty road muck? Clean-probably from rear screen seal that's failed/ Mucky- open body joint underneath. Does the Accord have a roof joint each side? I once had an Acclaim which frequently had a boot full of water. Traced after a long investigation, to a pinhole in the roof joint under a plastic sealing strip. DaveK.
