Top assistance?

The Arizona sun has worked it's magic on my top and tonight, having FINALLY got a weather forecast that shows no rain for several days, I decided to put my top down and found the material around the zipper is now so rotted it's very likely I'll not be able to raise the top again w/o the rear window tearing out out when I try to zip it.

Anyone know of a place in Phoenix that does tops? I could take it to Mike's Place but he'll want to replace the top and I think I can just replace the rear window maybe?

FWIW, it's a Kwik Top with the zipper glass window. I'll go to plastic next time, of course as it seems that Mike was right, 2-3 years is all a glass window top will last here and yet the vinyl top material seems almost new, it's only the fabric around the zipper that's rotted...

And there's a storm coming in on Saturday, of course.

Have same issue. But window repair will be almost same cost as new top. So figuring to do new top. Current one only lasted five years.
