If I remove the battery for the winter does it cause any problems with the computer when I reinstall it?

Don't know about problems with the ECM.....However depending on which radio you have it maygive you some greif!!

No. It will cause problems with the computer when you don't reinstall it. :)
Apparently however, the ECU maintains a memory of settings, so there might be a transition time for it to relearn its settings.
