1998 C280 with 110k miles for 12k CDN

Hi, I am looking at a 98 C280 with 110k miles. The car is in top shape with lather seats, moonroof and everything auto. Price asked is 12k (Canadian). Should I go for it? Any sugestions? Thanks.

Watch the lather on those seats. Can be pretty slippery in sharp turns. I cleaned mine up and found it was all leather underneath.
