1976 SLC 350

My brother in law has a 1976 SLC 350 and can't find much info on it. Is it some special model? Can't find it on NADA, Edmund or Kelly.

TIA, Dave

Back then I think it would be the "350 SLC". It's also known the 450 SLC. That should help you find information.

Try the following link:

Dave:

The 350 SLC was never sold in the U.S. The SLC models sold here were the 4.5-liter 450 SLC (in the 1972-1980 model years) and the 3.8-liter

380 SLC in the 1981 model year. The 350 SLC had a 3.5-liter V8 and was available in the 1972-1979 model years in Europe and elsewhere but not in the U.S. In the U.S., the 1972 450 SLC was called 350 SLC, but it really was a 450 SLC with a 4.5-liter V8 that was simply mislabeled on purpose by MB.

Best regards,

Danny
