Problem:
My S 500 brakes makes a high noise, like womans scream (terrible), but only when I´m reversing and use the break..when driving ahead and brakes...no unusual noise. What would that noise be? Anyone?

Glaze on a brake pad. Sounds awful but no harm done. The pads should have a heavy grease (brake paste) on their backs specifically to prevent such noise. Whoever installed the pads should fix this, IMHO.
