I have a 2001 S430 and MB does not have the map cd for my city (Puerto Rico). Garmin does have the maps. My question is if only MB cd's can be used or is there any other that I can use.

Unfortunately, the MB CDs also load firmware, so (AFAIK) only MB CDs will work.
