The electronic locks in my 93 400E work intermittently, it will not open or close all doors from the driver's lock. The radio also stops working when the locks don't work. Any ideas out there?

well actualy the locks suck. That is, they work on a vacuum while the radio, such as it is, works on electricity. Of course, it is German electricity, so ....
