You can buy the service manual for your vehicle from Mercedes Benz.

How old is your battery? Weak battery gives alot of problems to modern vehicles.

Does it only happen after the car has be driven and the engine is warmed up? Will it then finally restart after the car has been stopped long enough to cool down? If so, I would suspect the crankshaft position sensor. These often do not produce an error code to be logged when they go bad.

It could be a number of things but you have not given us enough information to give you a good diagnosis.

There are also a variety of service manuals available as CDs on Ebay. I haven't bought a MB one there, but have had good results with ones for BMW and Honda.
