i think it is' ,I also never heard it before and 99% of the posts you read about it are of the kind of i smoked a ferrari, driving a smart.

with the right rubber & driver the mini ain't going to cut it
the case, minus a few cans!
(while the Ferrari was stuck in a stationary line of traffic while my line was moving at 3 mph...)
