2000 Eclipse

My 2000 eclipse is making a loud noise when turning the wheel to the right does not seem to be coming from the power steering pump, but sounds like a power steering pump. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this noise??

Check out the CV joint. The boot is broken and all the grease has "flung" out. Replacement is recommended.
