Dash lights do not work. Checked fuses, all seem okay...

Dash lights do not work. Checked fuses, all seem okay...
any ideas?
Broken (or off) dimmer switch ... bad ground ... voltage too high (blown bulbs) ... those are all i can think of off the top of my head.
