1993ish Mitsubshi Pajero, Black, dark leather, dark tints, Alloys,spare on boot door, no bull/light bars but the drillings are in thebumper.For those with lookup access, Reg is K260BVM.Parked outside Tuff Gong recording studio in Warrington, and I'm sureit has been there for at least a year day and night and originally hada =A33995 price ticket up. Then =A32995Body/Glass/Tyres look solid enough, wheels clean.I'm sure yesterday it said =A3995 so I had a sniff roundToday though, going back for another look it has gone back upto =A31250Tax disc in window says 2007, but looking online not due until Feb2010 so possibly has some ticket.I fancy something to play with but don't want to spend silly. Lookstidy, I know PeteM doesn't like them but they are reliable and notqute as prone to rot as a Rangie, and not as dear for a decent rangieeither. Yes I know the 2.5td is glacial, but that isn't the point ofan offroader. Also engine will run on most heavy oils, so not so proneto having to run the pricey stuff between LPG stations.And no I'm not flogging the Lexus. This would be a play/project thing,despite the decent looking body.I don't want book prices, I'm after real experience prices.Good ticket price?No ticket price?What breaks on them?Fuel cost/consumption wouldn't be as much an issue as normal because Iwouldn't be using it daily just the odd fun drive and something totinker with.It is debadged and fitted with UK Bumper/Plate so looks like a Shogunrather than a Pajero.

He's right you know. Currently trying to generate a method by which I can get me one. An unmolested MK1 UK car in Red would be my choice. Preferably from the first year of production.

Mate of mine has a monte carlo, end of line special Mk 1 in BRG. Modded interior (all leather, black bolster, matched green inlays and leather dash and doorcards), has a "style bar" and tan mohair roof - really looks nice. Oh and a tiny, really tiny, momo wheel. It's great, the wheel makes it feel like a kart (heavy and pointy) but what amuses me most is it's willingness to oversteer at the first sign of rain...

I think the guy in the Astra behind me near Howden this morning was a bit shocked at the amount of slip angle I had in the merc this morning, not as shocked as me though.

You probably know the one I mean though, because if you have been to any of the car repairers, pikey sales places, dodgy pizza places, or double glazing fitters down there you will have seen it. It really has been there for nearly 2 years without moving.
