That's going reasonably cheap for a V plate. But then again it has got a massive puddle starting right underneath the engine bay!
9am-5pm must be traders trying to get round there increased despicability when selling a car, bet it's a nail. Oh hang on they are also selling a bike you may be right.
And that puddle seems to have a nice rusty patch at the middle of it too.

Has also recently sold a peugoet boxer van, cant check on any others my guess would be its a dealer
Hehe, could be a twig.
But then again, the way the bonnet lines up with the wing and the headlight on the nearside doesn't look right. And this is in a photo, imagine what it looks like in real life FFS!
And the lack of tax disk seems to concur with other posts about this being a dealer...
