Take it to a Bosch specialist and have them check over the injection system.
It's Digipants, isn't it? - probably easier to diagnose than K-Jet, which although simple, seems to be a bit of a black art to get right again once it has gone wrong.
F*ck that. If I've got to spend money, it'll be on an ABF.
