Was just thinking that, I've had more Sierra 4x4s than I'd car to admit to, and I've had a few round Oulton Park - where they were fine.

Trick with the Sierra 4x4 is to go into the corner *off* throttle, then nail it half way round. They ain't nose heavy then ;-)

In the dry I just found it to understeer too much, once you've lost a bit of grip then it comes into its own! Suppose it depends what you want from your trip. Massive tail-out action and huge grins but not setting amazing times then the XR4x4 would be ideal, whereas if you want to minimize your lap times, then for £700 I'd say you couldnt go wrong with an MR2! Plus the MR2 will use less petrol :)
