How about one for the Rover 600 / Alfa Romeo argument?
Back on for the 27th, though?! :)

DervMan made the world a better place for us by saying..
I don't actually mind 620Ti's. Nearly bought one once. Rest of the 600's are a pile of goatwank though.
then again, credit me with some taste, I don't like Alfa 33's either.
(That should stop the Alfa / Rover argument, and start the Alfa / Alfa one)
Personally I like both, 600s and Alfas.
Continuing the Russian theme, anyone see scrapheap? Particularly liked it when the blokes from Belarus were chopping up the Toyota "It's practically a new car - only 80000 miles!".
Those same Belarusians made a front wheel drive half-track... no drive to their tracks

Fiat / Lancia - interchangable, innit?
Most recent-ish Lancias have had Lampredi based lumps, ISTR.
Nope, I mean't Lancia before they went FWD, mind you an alfa twin cam would do equally well (know of one in a Skoda Rapid that looks stock except for 17" alloys (instead 13") and tints. That car goes really well), or you could use any of those engines and a Fiat RWD box.

Did he fall off one?

... Just got a new car for my wife... Great trade...
But just as likely to get you a bed next to Ozzie Osbourne.
He fell off a quad bike, not a Lada. Though Ozzie Osbourne standing on top of a moving Lada would be a sight to behold :).
Sharon left him alone in the UK at their mansion while she went back to the states for Xmas.
Then he took his Quad out, and hit a tree too had.
In article , snipped-for-privacy@james.com spouted forth into uk.rec.cars.modifications...
Didn't they initially have drive to the tracks, but broke something, and had to make do with front drive only?
