Took the locost up to Knockhill yesterday and gave it a bit of stick. On my second session a front caliper got a bit sticky and I had a bit of a spin at Clarks. Quite a fast corner for a novice like me. Race tracks really are completely different from the road with the run off areas and smooth track edges. The really weird thing is that as I was spinning I just thought " we're spinning here but everything will be fine - I'm not going to die". Didn't expect that at all. Stuck my hand in the air to let the marshall know everything was fine, he waved the yellow flag until it was clear and then I joined back in again. If you've never done a real circuit day before, do it now. You will gain so much respect for your car.
