Someone on PH worked it out and reckoned he was doing about 70 went he left the runway (in the air). Me an SteveH were considering - if he'd kept it pinned at 175 (what the limiters are reputedly actually set at) or whatever, instead of anchoring on and spinning - would he have cleared the trees... Then imagine the bragging rights on surviving that if they landed it....

Erm, 'The Dukes of Hazzard' was only a TV show. Hitting anything solid at those speeds (including the ground) means instant mincing.
