Make it fit, you may need to use a "drifting tool".
For people like me who find tinyurl doesn't work on ebay:
Sweet Jesus. Someone put it in a Volvo 340 :)
ANYTHING can fit. Its just metal.
In Australia we have a saying. If it just fits, it fits.
Fraser
Mid rear mount it in Pete's golf :P...
Nah, mid mount it in a hearing aid beige Skoda 105 Luxe
Now that would be cool. If i had enough money i'd alomst be tempted to keep the volvo and do silly things to it. Especially after the event i did in it last night, it was SO much fun! Oh well, just have to save up for the GLT :D
Curse it will - just build a McSorley Chassis ;-)
Got that right.
It's dead heavy, I would bet, so the most obvious place to mount it is mid engined, where the space is no longer a problem.Have the rear wheels driven almost directly and driver sits with his back to the front cover, plus some space for insulation, much like an 2 seater F1 car, basically. Would make a superb mini-van funnycar.
Yep. With the boost wound up a lot, and some nitrous it would go really well! Its not that heavy though its all alloy like Rover V8 is.
I've been looking for one of them a bit cheap though isn't it? should get loads of offers for that bugger
